New COVID-19 Protocols at Taunton Orthodontics

Our team at Taunton Orthodontics has been working hard to make sure all health and safety measures are in place so you can feel assured when booking your next appointment. We’ve enhanced our office and our daily operations to include new COVID-19 precautions.

Changes To Your Appointment

Before coming in on the day of your appointment, there are a few things you should note. In an effort to reduce the number of people in our office, we have temporarily closed our waiting room. We’re asking all our patients to text us when they arrive and a team member will notify you when you can come in.

You will need to bring a facemask on the day of your appointment. As supplies are low, we ask that everyone brings their own facemask and wear it when entering the office. Please be aware that only patients with a scheduled appointment and guardians will be allowed entry into our office.

For the health and safety of our patients, staff and community, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you or someone around you has been sick within the last 14 days. We will happily accommodate!

Changes In Our Office

We have set up several hand sanitizing stations. We ask that everyone uses hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving the office, but feel free to use it as many times as you feel necessary!

When you arrive at our front desk, our receptionist will ask you to fill out a screening form to determine any flu-like symptoms. After you pass the screening, one of our team members will perform a temperature check to confirm your health.

We have also invested in Surgically Clean Air Purifiers to sterilize the air and help ensure a germ-free environment. This new system will clean, purify and re-energize our office air to help eliminate any germs or pollutants.

Please keep in mind that social distancing practices are in full effect. We ask that you stay six feet away from others around you.
