I had braces on from an orthodontist in Oakville. I moved to Whitby half way through my time with braces on and couldn’t switch providers. After getting my braces adjusted, I was having some pain due to a wire poking me and I really needed to get a piece of it removed for comfort. I didn’t want to drive all the way back to Oakville and I was on a time crunch as I was leaving the country within the next two days. I got in contact with Taunton Ortho and they were able to help me, no questions asked. All of the other orthos around the area were giving me a major problem but Taunton Ortho did not. Once I arrived, they were so kind and welcomed me with open arms. They fixed my problem in less than 5 mins and sent me on my way. Truly a great experience and I thank them so much for giving me the comfort I was looking for and for also being so understanding. Thank you.
